We employ several in-house and freelance electromechanical and security engineers with complete capabilities from consulting through to commissioning. We plan, design and build technically superior facilities with our associate partners for our clients, who benefit from the ease of a single-source supplier.
As part of our LEEDS services, we promote the use of natural and passive systems as primary means of heating, cooling, ventilating, and lighting a building where appropriate. We right-size and optimize mechanical and electrical systems to support the passive solutions during peak conditions, incorporating on-site renewable technologies to avail clean and abundant power, thereby mitigating the carbon and material waste, and environmentally harmful emissions associated with oversized and inefficient buildings and systems.
