WASSEF has been contracted to perform project management services for the U.S. Embassy Office Building (Cairo 1). Services were confined to the construction of the low rise buildings and the foundations, basement and lower four floors of the tower. WASSEF ensured that the construction met the U.S. National Building code and local Egyptian regulations, and gave top priority to health, safety and security. Both local materials and those imported from the U.S were used.
