WASSEF was contracted by the Swiss Government through their Project Management Department (FOBL) to complete the detailed design (based on a Concept/Schematic design produced by the Swiss Team), tender and construction documents for architectural services, structural engineering, and building(s) engineering services. The building was listed as a national heritage building. WASSEF prepared the building permit technical file to comply with the National Harmonization Organization requirements. Following tenders, WASSEF provided project management and construction supervision services.
