In association with Alain Derbesse Architects (ADA), an architectural international firm in Paris that provided the architectural concept and schematic design for this project, WASSEF produced the contract documents to include architectural detailing, structural review, mechanical/electrical working drawings, bill of quantities and edit specifications. The assignment included the bidding to Class 1 contractors in Egypt. The project building consists of the learning space, administration, staff space, music room, library, theatre, restaurant, swimming pool, and gymnasium. The landscaping covered an area of 25,000 SQM.
