WASSEF, in association with the Philadelphia-based architectural firm, formed the team that provided the full architectural and structural engineering design, as well as the construction management services to develop the new school in 6th of October City, with a built-up area of 26,000 square meters over a land property of 63,000 square meters. The design facilities included the primary and senior school buildings, library, an administration building, a theatre, and a sports gymnasium with outdoor swimming pools. The contract documents included architectural and structural working drawings, and specifications. The assignment included the production of the bill of quantities and bidding document.
