The ABU DHABI Tourist Investment Co. has commissioned WASSEF for the design of all the structural works of the resort. It comprises the clusters for room accommodations, the main building, restaurants, health club, swimming pool, diving and equestrian clubs, VIP Villas, and staff accommodations. WASSEF has worked in conjunction and coordination with other consultants for different disciplines.
