This office building is located in a prime location in New Cairo, in a relatively new corporate neighbourhood. WASSEF was commissioned to provide design construction document services for a concept design prepared by IA - Interior Architects, London Office. The design focused on strategic space program repositioning to maximize amenity spaces and effectively engage users, ensuring every design element serves to enhance the employees' experience. The spaces explored all aspects of daily life such as work, leisure, entertainment, community, and connection. The architectural style was inspired by desert colors from the surrounding context. The Project Program includes open workspaces, lecture and training spaces, board members and meeting rooms, as well as offices and a cafeteria.
