The project entailed programming and designing a new Music Building. The combined space totals approximately 1,200 square meters including a rehearsal, music, practice and recording rooms. The building design provides complete acoustic insulation and maximum seating capacity for the students. WASSEF, in association the Philadelphia-based architectural firm, formed the team that provided the full architectural and engineering design, as well as construction management services to develop their conceptual design, and produce the contract documents consisting of the architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical working drawings, and edit specifications. The assignment included the production of the bill of quantities and bidding document.
