WASSEF, in association with a New York-based international architectural firm, formed the team that provided the full architectural and engineering design, as well as construction management services to develop their conceptual design, and produce the contract documents to include architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical working drawings, and edit specifications. The assignment included the production of the bill of quantities and bidding document. The project entailed programming and designing a new Middle school Building. The combined space totals approximately 10,200 square meters, including learning zones, administration and staff rooms, community section, the library, and assembly area.
