WASSEF was selected to be the Architect and Engineer of record in obtaining the Building permit. We have produced all architecture and construction drawings as well as structural design, and have participated in the pre-qualification and selection of contractors, in addition to the evaluation of the bidding process. WASSEF assumed project management responsibility for the new gymnasium to meet the USA building code and local Egyptian regulations with top priority to health, safety and security. Both local materials and products imported from the USA were used in this project.
